- 45 ml white rum
- 20 ml lime juice
- Small handful mint leaves, plus extra sprig to serve
- 1 (or 2) tsp granulated sugar
- Soda water, to taste
- Muddle the lime juice, sugar, and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker.
- Add the ice.
- Pour over the rum.
- Stir with a long spoon.
- Top up with soda and serve with mint garnish.
