- 400g of sausage (Pork and Apple is nice)
- 1 leek
- 100ml white wine
- 150ml cream
- 500g Tagliatelle
- Strip the meat out of the sausage skin.
- Cook with leek until browning.
- Add mushrooms until cooked.
- Add the wine and cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Add the cream and rosemary.
- Once the pasta is cooked, pour the pasta into the mix.
- Fold and stir the mix for 3-5 minutes.
