Sausage and leek tagliatelle


  • 400g of sausage (Pork and Apple is nice)
  • 1 leek
  • Mushrooms
  • Rosemary
  • 100ml white wine
  • 150ml cream
  • 500g Tagliatelle


  • Strip the meat out of the sausage skin.
  • Cook with leek until browning.
  • Add mushrooms until cooked.
  • Add the wine and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  • Add the cream and rosemary.
  • Once the pasta is cooked, pour the pasta into the mix.
  • Fold and stir the mix for 3-5 minutes.
